The terms that apply to our services.

1. Nature of our services
Ledgxio Consultants Pvt Limited provides outsourced accounting, financial reporting and audit support services. We are not a registered public accounting firm. We do not issue audit opinions, review reports or legal advice. Our services support your internal finance team or your audit firm's engagement team, who remain responsible for their own conclusions and reports.
2. Your responsibilities
The quality of our work depends on the records you provide. You confirm that the ledgers, bank statements and corporate records you give us are accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement and keep each other's workflows, financial models and client data confidential, without time limit.
4. Scope of work
Our work is limited to the scope set out in the signed engagement letter or statement of work. Additional reporting or ad hoc analysis needs a written scope change and may change the fees.
5. Limitation of liability
Ledgxio Consultants Pvt Limited, its partners and staff are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption, tax penalties or audit findings caused by inaccurate client data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law stated in your engagement letter. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration.
