Audit files, ledgers and payroll are sensitive. This is how we protect your data and your clients' data.
How we protect your information
Secure access to your systems
Our team works inside your systems through secure VPN connections or virtual desktops you provide. Client files are not stored on our own laptops or devices.
Encryption
Any client data we hold is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3.
Named people only
Every Ledgxio team member signs a confidentiality agreement. Only the named people on your team can access your data, and we sign an NDA with you before any data is shared.
We never move money
We prepare payment runs and payroll. Your authorised signatories approve them and release payments from your bank.
Clean exit
When an engagement ends we remove our access and erase any client data we hold within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires. On request, we issue a certificate of destruction.
