Offshore audit support for accounting firms

Add qualified audit staff to your engagements without adding headcount. We prepare the working papers. Your team reviews them, signs off and issues the opinion.

How audit support works with your firm

We become an extension of your audit team. You stay in charge of the engagement, the client and the judgement calls.

Your methodology

We work in your audit software and templates, follow your firm's procedures and cross-reference every working paper the way your reviewers expect.

Your review

Every working paper goes to your engagement team for review. Review points come back to the same person who prepared the work, so nothing is lost.

Your opinion

Ledgxio is not a registered audit firm and does not issue audit opinions. Your firm keeps the client relationship, the judgement and the sign-off. We can work under your firm's name.

Questions audit firms ask us

Will our clients know you are involved?

Only if you want them to. We can work entirely inside your firm's systems and under your firm's name, so your clients deal only with you.

Who signs off the work?

Your engagement team reviews every working paper, and your firm issues the audit report. Ledgxio prepares the work and does not issue audit opinions.

Can you join an audit that has already started?

Yes. We can pick up a single stage, such as vouching or completion, once we have access to the file and your working paper templates.

Can you provide valuation and actuarial work for an audit?

Yes. We prepare valuation and actuarial workings for your engagement team to review. Tell us at the start if the audit needs a signed report from an accredited valuer or actuary, and we will agree how to cover it.
