Ledgxio Consultants Pvt Limited ("we", "us" or "our") provides offshore audit support to accounting firms and offshore financial support to companies. This policy explains how we collect, store and process client financial data and personal information across the countries where we work.
2. Information we collect
To deliver audit support, bookkeeping and related services, we may need access to:
- Financial statements, general ledgers, trial balances and supporting documents
- Corporate records, capitalisation tables and beneficial ownership declarations
- Identity verification (KYC/AML) documents for directors and authorised signatories
- Access to your accounting and audit systems, such as Xero, QuickBooks or NetSuite
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
3. How we store and protect data
Client data is processed in isolated, encrypted environments. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Our team accesses your systems through secure VPN connections or virtual desktops you provide, so sensitive data is not stored on our own devices in Pakistan.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. We share data only with verified cloud infrastructure providers bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
5. Website enquiries
We use the details you send through our contact forms only to reply to you and to arrange calls you request. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them on request.
6. Data retention and erasure
When an engagement ends, we erase all client data we hold within 30 days, keeping only the minimum records needed to meet legal requirements. Clients may request a certificate of destruction when they leave.
